At this time, vendors at Bailey's Place are selected by the hosts (leasee).  

ALL vendors are to be licensed and insured and will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Bailey's Place as an additional insured on their business liability policy.  

COIs are to be provided to Bailey's Place at least 120 days before event date.

We will provide a curated list of vendors at a later time.
