EVENT LIABILITY INSURANCE (REQUIRED)

To help protect the Lessee and their guests during the rental period, Event Liability Insurance is required for all events held at Bailey's Place. This coverage may provide protection against certain claims arising from bodily injury, property damage, or other incidents occurring during the event. Bailey's Place requires coverage through Nuptial Risk, represented by Justin Sutton.  A link will be provided to secure coverage.

EVENT CANCELLATION INSURANCE (STRONGLY ENCOURAGED)

Event Cancellation insurance is strongly encouraged for all Lessees. This coverage may help protect against certain financial losses resulting from the postponement, interruption, or cancellation of an event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Leesee's control. Coverage terms and exclusions vary by policy and should be reviewed directly with the insurance provider.

Proof of Event Liability Insurance must be provided prior to the event date in accordance with the terms of your contract.
