How many hours are available in my lease agreement with Bailey's Place?

Bailey's Place lease agreement is for 12 hours.  Availbility between 8 am and 10 pm - in 12 hr. blocks.

What is the capacity of Bailey's Place?

Our building capacity is 299 or less.  Our outside spaces to allow for overflow of guests.

Question 3

Does Bailey's Place allow for alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Yes, alcohol may be served to your guests by a licensed and insured bartender.  You, as the host will purchase your alcohol for your guests.  Alcohol to be served, mixed, NO shots, NO straight pours, NO neats, etc.  The hosts, at the hosts' expense, will hire off duty security personnel.

Are you allowed to have your animals as part of your event at Bailey's Place?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we love animals as much as you!  Your animal is allowed for durations and for photos.  After completion of the special activity (usually ceremonies) and photos, the host will ensure the animal is removed from the property to allow for protection and safety of your animal and all individuals who are part of your event.

Are host required to have event liability and cancellation insurance at Bailey's Place?

Accepted Answer

Hosts are required to purchase an event liability insurance, with hosts liquor liability, policy through the designated insurance provider utilized by Bailey's Place.  
Hosts are Not required to purchase cancellation insurance however, it is highly encouraged to benefit the hosts should an issue arise preventing the desired event from being executed, i.e., weather related situations, issues with vendors unable to fulfill contracts, death of leasees/hosts, etc.   
Liability insurance protects the hosts from issues arising during the lease period.
Cancellation insurance benefits the hosts, with certain conditions, should the event not be executed.

What is provided with the lease at Bailey's Place?

Accepted Answer

Bailey's Place provides setup/breakdown of tables, chairs, tableclothes, decor items in the decor studio, ice, assistance with moving guests between the parking area and the building and prep spaces for caterers.

Question 7

Are hosts required to have a day of coordinator for events at Bailey's Place?

Accepted Answer

Yes, day of coordinators are required for events at Bailey's Place.  The day of coordinator is required to be a licensed and insured person and outside of the host immediate party.

Question 8

Does Bailey's Place allow items that create fire?

Accepted Answer

Bailey's Place allows sterno's used for keeping food items warm.  Sparklers are allowed with conditions.
Cold sparks, outdoor fires/fire pits and live candles are not allowed for the protection of guests, property, safety, insurance and fire marshall regulations.

Are items allowed to be attached to walls, windows, furniture, physical structures, etc. at Bailey's Place.

Accepted Answer

Items may not be taped, glued, stapled, nailed, attached, etc. to property at Bailey's Place.

Question 10

Does Bailey's Place provide a climate controlled space, indoor restrooms, dressing spaces, kitchen space, etc.?

Accepted Answer

Bailey's Place is climate controlled, including restrooms, dressing spaces and a prep kitchen!  Our outdoor patios are covered and have fans.
